Priorities

 I had a one on one last week and I have been taking the time since than to review and go through each priority of my life and figure out where they all sit if I ranked them from most important to "still important but not the most". I did not want to use the word "least" as that was not my intention. 

  1. Health - This includes, sleep, diet, along with both my mental and physical health. The order I listed these topics in is also how I view them to be in order of importance. I cannot have anything else unless my sleep is good and the food I am eating are healthy. This causes everything else on this to benefit. 
  2. Kung Fu - I went back and forth with putting this at number 2 or 3. Ultimately it gets put in the number 2 position. I had a mental "click" after my one on one. Kung fu is supposed to help us achieve mastery. So why am I not putting more effort into my kung fu? BECAUSE I DID NOT UNDERSTAND IT UNTIL AFTER MY ONE ON ONE. I do not need to go to every level 1 and 2 class. But what I need to do is go to all my classes, do my numbers, and most importantly. I need to do it all as mindful as I can and do it smart and efficient well keeping my ego under control. 
  3. My Business - I am not the greatest fan of working a 9-5 for 40 years (I know call me crazy) and I want the opportunity to work when I want, and have an income that will allow me to go on the adventures I want to go on. Plus I love the world of finance and helping people so I figured I should make that my career. 
  4. Relationships - This includes my family, friends, and girlfriend. I have put it lower on this list because when I am going through the bad I will typically keep my relationships isolated from the bad. This prevents it from effecting anything else on the list.
